TIFF HALL

Tiff is one of the country's most trusted health & fitness experts with 20+ years of industry experience and widely diverse clientele - everyone from mums, celebrities, to professional athletes. Tiff is renowned for her 6th Dan Taekwondo black belt title and iconic roles such as Gladiator and trainer on The Biggest Loser Australia.

Her talent goes beyond the fitness world - she is the founder and CEO of TXO which has trained over 500, 000 members - she is an author of over 11 books, a TEDx speaker and host of “Bounce Forward” podcast. Tiff is a progressive thought leader in women's health - always encouraging her audience to focus on her 'bounce forward' philosophy and ditch external pressures.

BEC LIBERATORE

Bec is a Clinical Expert Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist and co-director of Melbourne Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy (MPPP) in Melbourne.

She is co-founder of Pregnancy and Pelvic Physio Mentor (PPPM), a mentoring program for Physiotherapists. Bec has over 15 years of experience as a physiotherapist in both the private and public sector with her expertise recognised as a guest lecturer and clinical teacher in Masters of Physiotherapy in Pelvic Health program at Melbourne University in the subjects Exercise for Women, Musculoskeletal for Women and Pelvic Health.

TANYA POPPETT

Tanya inspires confidence through movement. She is a Master Trainer and Fitness Coach, sharing her unique blend of Strength, HIIT, Maintenance and Mobility workouts with the world. Tanya's qualifications include a Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Master Trainer Level 1, and she is certified in Pre and Post-Natal Fitness. After the birth of her second child, Tanya is finding balance as a young mum and fitness lover.

STEF WILD

Stef has over a decade of experience in fitness, specialising in all types of movement - she's a yoga teacher, pilates instructor, barre teacher, professional dancer and PT in her Melbourne-based studio. She has danced her way around the world and leans on a philosophy of mindfulness and treating her body with absolute care. Stef helps individuals achieve their goals - everything from strength, mobility, flexibility, and athletic performance.

LIBBY BABET

Libby's not just a trainer - she's also a speaker, presenter, journalist and mum of two. Libby's infectious energy, can-do attitude and huge wealth of health knowledge make her a triple threat as a trainer.

Libby is an ambitious entrepreneur with businesses in multiple industries - founder of Sydney fitness studio, The Upbeat, co-founder of healthy snack companies Beauty Food and Chief Nutrition, co-owner of women's business retreat Nurture Her and its partner business Nurture Change, and just because she has loads of spare time she's also co-founding a sustainable activewear brand Earthletica! She was also formerly a trainer on The Biggest Loser, Transformed. As we say - 'Leave it to Libby!'

TASH JACK

Tash is a total pro with over 20 years experience as a PT, gymnast, pilates instructor and even as a 'Ninja Warrior' - having competed in season 1 of the show. Tash loves to help women on their pregnancy journey and after having bubs - she is an expert in women's health and has been Tiff's personal trainer for the past 7 years.

BEC CHAMBERS

Bec is a qualified strength coach and gym owner from Sydney, with Cert 3 and 4 in fitness and NSCA Powerlifting Level 1 credentials. She has been coaching for 6 years with a passion for strength training and powerlifting. She believes that being physically strong is transformative and empowers people not only to feel more capable inside the gym, but outside it too.

CASSANDRA DUNN

Cass is a clinical and coaching psychologist and mindfulness meditation teacher. She is a successful podcaster, author, online course creator, speaker and workshop facilitator. She loves to help people make positive, meaningful and lasting changes in their lives using "4th Wave" approaches: mindfulness, compassion, body-based therapies and positive psychology. She has been with TXO since the beginning and helped so many of our members stay motivated and reach their goals.

NICK TEREZAKIS

Nick is a boxing expert, coach and PT with 5+ years of experience training people of all fitness levels - including Tiff! He's worked with pro athletes; everyone from Formula 1 drivers, NRL players to boxing and soccer athletes. Nick's passion is helping people reach their full potential - in and out of the ring.

Before Starting the Fighter program I was inconsistent with workouts for a period due to various injuries, so commencing with Fighter was a game changer. Fighter has always been my favourite and it gave me my mojo and consistency back as well as losing a dress size.

I have since tackled two of the GenFit age groups and I'm blown away with my strength and fitness. The heaviest weights that I had previously used prior to the new programs was 5kg, and now I'm enjoying 7 and 8kg weights. TXO Life FAQs

TXO Life workouts use minimal equipment so you can get fit anywhere, anytime. While most of the workouts are bodyweight based you may want to invest in a pair of light dumbbells, a mini resistance band or some TXO weighted gloves.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury or a physical disability, consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider first. TXO workouts come with modifications and low impact options so you can tailor your them to suit you. Try our gentler MADE-FOR-YOU programs such as BARRE XO and MUMBOD. We even have a program for pregnant women: PREGGO MUMBOD.

The workouts are also time based, not rep based, giving you the freedom to move at your own pace without the pressure of 'dropping and giving 10'!

Yes! First sign up on the website and then download the app on Apple or Android and use your sign in details to access the program.

Sure! Just get the A-OK from your doctor first, and make sure that you're doing the strength plan rather than weight loss. Make any alterations to the meal plan and modify exercises based on recommendations from your doctor.

No way! All TXO Life meal plans are family-friendly. Update your serves in one tap and the recipe and grocery list will auto calculate your new ingredient quantities. Make sure you adjust any ingredients (such as protein powders which aren't suitable for children) to suit all ages and lifestyles. We even have a swap function in your weekly planner so you can chop, change and choose from our huge recipe library to suit your circumstances.

TXO Life meal plans are flexible. Swap recipes with one click, or simply substitute ingredients (i.e. spice for spice, veg for veg, meat for meat).
